It’s getting tight everyone! With spring ramping up and the weather fining, our stallholder list is big and getting bigger. North Festival is approaching, Eat Well Tasmania’s spring launch is but weeks away, we’re growing our partnership with Eat It Tassie! and numerous other organisations and…drum roll please… Great Movie Night with Harvest is back baby! Watch this space!

In delicious news this week, Harvest Ops is welcoming another newly minted Stallholder! Bringing the ready-to-eat delicious into your life is Flavours of Lebanon đź‘Ź 🥳 Serving up amazing kebab, falafel, hummus, and salad, they’ve jumped to top of the pops for our Saturday morning feed. We wish them the best of luck!

Other honorable fortnightly mentions go to Avocado Moon, Thistle Hut Flowers, and Hazelnuts on Hythe with their amazing nuts and saffron. Brilliant. A big welcome back to Feld’s Farm also!

Ladies and Gentlemen, for your listening pleasure this Saturday, gracing the SOMA stage to amp up the vibe are Tradmania and the one and only Laura Bye. Whoop!

You will definitely want to get around this week’s recipe, a Hazelnut, apple, and olive oil cake to perfectly accompany that afternoon cup of Earl Grey. Gluten-free, dairy-free, and dead simple, the recipe makes use of the innovative and versatile apple flour, bought to you by the legendary Caro at Brady’s Lookout.

All this adds up to make Harvest greater than the sum of its parts. We rate it as the finest of Farmers’ Markets this side of the ditch. Come check out why.
