Link in Bio! We've been working away since this time last year with a team of Launceston's finest to bring you the 25th Symposium of Australian Gastronomy. Our Call for Papers is open, and we invite submissions from cooks and chefs, food producers and artisans, artists and activists, growers, makers, farmers, farmers' markets, and anyone even tangentially involved in the gastronomic ecosystem. View the Call for Papers through our LinkTree, get inspired and make a submission. You might just find a national audience for your ideas!
