Lenah Game Meats and Strelleyfield Duck will be at the market for some alternative proteins and sadly, this will be the final weekend for the Tasmanian Butter Co, who are taking a break from the market, so be sure to stock up on your cultured butter!
Treat yourself to a sample of Elgaar Farm’s range of organic dairy products or visit Thirlstane Gardens who will be there with their lush salad greens and fresh herbs. You can also pick up your local sweet corn and celeriac from Elphin Grove Farm, free range eggs from Mt Roland Free Range and cured smoked bacon from Tamar Artisan Smallgoods. Honey will be available from West-Bee Honey and A pinch of… will have their artisan finishing salts and native spice blends, which are just delicious!
Thankfully, the weather is looking much more pleasant than last weekend with a mostly sunny day and temperatures of 13-26 degrees forecast.
