This week at Harvest we are excited to welcome the much anticipated arrival of Banticks Farm, bringing free range eggs direct from their Southern Midlands farms. They have been breeding and raising chickens for over 20 years, and their happy chooks are free to roam around green pastures all day long. Check out this week’s Producer Profile for more information and make sure you come to Harvest this weekend to grab a dozen of your own!

Eggs and bacon…a match made in heaven. With a side of crusty sourdough from Apiece or Sandy’s Sourdough, your Sunday morning breakfast is sorted.
Both Junction Arts Festival and Tomorrow Together will be joining us this week as ‘Friends of Harvest’. Tomorrow Together is a coordinated effort on behalf of the Council to engage and involve community in decision making that involved big challenges related to population, economic diversification, and climate change.
Junction Arts Festival will be promoting all of the wonderful activities and events on offer to the city of Launceston from the 4th to the 6th September, as well as providing music and activities for our market patrons. Next week, Prince’s Square will be transformed into a Junction Arts Festival hub with art, performances and music….something for everyone!
See you at the market!
