Plastic Free Launceston will again be joining us this weekend for the final week of Plastic Free July. This week you will learn the craft of making plastic-free bags by sewing reusable cloth bags as an environmentally friendly alternative.

After a well-earned holiday, Steve’s Vegies and Thirlstane Gardens will be back with their crunchy and colourful selection of farm-fresh herbs and vegetables. Matt from Strellyfield Free Range Ducks is returning with his maryland and whole Pekin Ducks, and Tamar Valley Truffles with their black delights. Sounds like a match made in heaven – roast duck and sautéed vegetables topped with shaved black truffles…a definite crowd pleaser.
