Bulbs, Beer and Who’s the Best at Salsa? – April 6, 2019

Autumn is marching on, so don’t forget to get your bulbs in the ground.  Tas Daffodils will have their beautiful range at market this weekend including tulips, freesias, lilies, saffron, hyacinths and of course daffodils… if it grows from a bulb, Tas Daffodils will have it!!

Brady’s Lookout will be at Harvest this weekend with their beautiful sparkling cider as well as Seven Sheds Brewery with their fine Tasmanian brews.  We will also have our usual range of the freshest, local, seasonal vegetables, fruits and herbs as well as a range of local cheeses and dairy produce at Elgaar Farm, Southern Sky and Coal River Farm

Our entertainment will kick off with the ever popular Fergusons from 8:30 followed by an exciting North/South “Salsa-off” from 10:30am  The Hobartians will be venturing North to see how it’s done by the Northern Salsa Crew from 10:30-12:30pm.  As always, audience participation is encouraged!

Sandy’s Sourdough are busy moving their bakery, so they and Rocky Gardens are away this weekend.  Taste of TamO’Shanter will have plenty of jam available as well as her pickles and relishes this weekend.

The weather forecast is looking a tiny bit iffy, with a high chance of showers in the morning, hopefully clearing to a fine day.  It will be mild though, with a minimum of 13° and a high of 19°.
