We have bunches of tulips, your last opportunity to get bulbs for your Spring garden, new season olive oil and winners from the Tasmanian Fine Food awards at Harvest Launceston Community Farmers’ Market this week.

Lily Farm are at the market for their fortnightly visit with bunches of freshly cut lilies and tulips. Further down the row we say goodbye to Donna from Tas Daffodils until Autumn next year. Donna still has bulbs left that will make your Spring gardens bloom.

We welcome back new season virgin olive oil at Coronea Grove and Lentara Grove.

At the Tasmanian Fine Food awards, Harvest stallholders excelled, taking out gold, silver and bronze medals. Visit Sandy’s Sourdough to try his loaves and pastries which have all variously received gold, silver and bronze medals. Aritsa won two golds, four silvers and a reserve champion and Red Cow Organics have received silvers for various cheeses. Hazelbrae Hazelnuts has three medals for their nuts and Della Valle Gelato scored 9 golds and two silvers.
