The Online Harvest Launceston Community Farmers’ Market is up and trading, We have just gone live with our virtual market platform. Find us at https://harvestmarketonline.org.au and start shopping. We will deliver your produce box on Saturdays, with our first delivery scheduled for Saturday 28th March.
As we work through our logistics and take the market into a brave new world we will only be able to service the 7248 and 7250 postal codes, but you could always put down a friend’s address as your delivery address. We will extend this service as quickly as possible.
Our online market features many of our stalwart stallholders and a selection of their products from apples, potatoes and pears to coffee, macarons and slabs of chocolate brownies. Lilies and raspberries, sourdough breads and a variety of our specialist vegetable growers are on the site and waiting for your orders so that they can continue to pick, bake, pickle and brew.
This week at Harvest – for delivery on Saturday 28th March – the virtual baskets are brimming with Erinvale Potatoes, a 5kg bag for $8 of a variety of freshly dug spuds. Bag yourself freshly picked apples, some royal gala, jona gold and golden delicious from Lees Orchards. Lees Orchard will also have comice and bosc pears.
Felds Farm and Seven Springs Farm have put together some awesome seasonal veggie boxes – how exciting getting a lucky dip of the best, freshest, Tasmanian vegetables each week! Hillwood Fresh Food Co will have their mushroom packs and Elphin Grove Farm their beautiful sweetcorn and celeriac. TNGT has a range of products available including tomato passata and pasta sauce as well as her fresh tomatoes and garlic.
Delicious Little Things will keep your sweet tooth happy with macarons, cupcakes and lamingtons and of course her delicious little sausage rolls.
Modo Mio Naked will be taking care of your chocolate cravings with slabs of brownies and ginger nut cookies while Bioberries will have raspberries, fresh and chocolate coated. Southern Sky have a selection of cheese to keep those platters full and do not forget a bunch of lilies to keep our homes and selves gorgeous.
